Sometimes tinkering with more traditional work just speaks to my soul. I love the time I get to spend in my studio, painting brushes gripped in my mouth, overalls on, music playing and time just passing as I build something from the blank canvas.
I love my fan brushes breezing across oil paint clouds.
I love mixing colors to find exactly what I want–I would have happily been a color mixer way back in the day for the famous dead guys.
I also like painting with friends, directing them, or sharing in a common space of creativity.
