Creating art just speaks to my soul. I love the time I spend in my studio, painting brushes gripped in my mouth, overalls on, music playing and time just passing as I build something from the blank surface (with my little sidekick).
The forest has always been present in my work — first as subject, then as surface. From painting trees, to painting on them. The woodland has always been a subject. Eventually, it became the canvas. A lifeline conversation with the forest.
